Hello everyone, my name is Bernice Lao. I am 19 years old. I was born in July 3, 2002. I was born in the Philippines and I had to another country before finally residing in Ireland and that country is UAE also known as United Arab Emirates which is located in the southeast peninsula, bordering Oman and Saudi Arabia. I would like to mention that not only am I from the Philippines but I am also quarter Chinese since my grandfather from my dad’s side is Chinese and my grandmother is filipina. As for my mom’s side they are both filipino. I have a lot of cousins as well which is too many for me to count. If I’m being honest half of the time I have no clue who my relatives are and I wish I was kidding but I really am not kidding, it’s funny if you think of it because that’s how big my family is since I have second degree cousin if that makes sense. As for my personality, I am very shy which some people find cute but it can also be a problem because I find it hard to talk to new people however if I got to know someone and warm up to them then I will be the most outgoing, bubbly person you’ll ever meet as well I am also hardworking and can get the work done if I don’t lose the motivation to do my work or get lazy. And if you all must know the things I do in my free time are drawing, listening to music, watch anime, read mangas and playing video games and If I am not doing any of those activities and don’t have any homework I would be sleeping. As for what I look forward to doing in Creative Digital Media are Digital photography and Visual Creativity.

  Hello Everyone, Today I will be discussing the project that I am currently working on with my peers which is the topic of Identity, representation, and the media. I and my peers decided to discuss the following topics: the LGBTQ+ community, toxic masculinity, and feminism as well as racism and how these topics are represented in the media as well as their impact in media. In this, we split those topics for us to research information on and what topic I got is how the LGBTQ+ community is represented in the media and the impacts the LGBTQ+ community have in the media. As I have said I will be talking about how the LGBTQ+ community is represented in the media, as well as their impacts in media.
